She is the founder of Masterpiece Women and the Masterpiece Women Podcast (www.MasterpieceWomen.org), a growing movement of women pursuing authentic community, personal growth, and Kingdom impact, rooted in Ephesians 2:10:
“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
With more than three decades in healthcare and a background in building and scaling a multimillion-dollar staffing company with eight offices nationwide, Tina brings both compassion and real-world experience to everything she leads.
Today, she is the founder of Masterpiece Care (www.MasterpieceCare.com), a concierge senior care platform designed to help families navigate aging with clarity and confidence. Through early awareness, guidance, and support, Masterpiece Care helps families make informed decisions before crisis happens. Tina is also actively developing faith-based assisted living homes, creating environments where seniors are cared for with dignity, compassion, and Christ-centered values, with a vision to expand into communities across the country.
She is also the co-host of the We Laugh So We Don’t Cry podcast, where real-life caregiving meets expert guidance. Through honest conversations, practical insight, and a touch of humor, the podcast supports families navigating the emotional and often overwhelming journey of caring for aging loved ones.
Tina is the co-founder of Evantra Capital, where she invests in senior living and other impactful ventures aligned with purpose and long-term value.
Tina is the author of My Freedom Climb, released September 30, 2025. Written for such a time as this (Esther 4:14), the book calls women to rise above challenges, strengthen their faith, and step boldly into their God-given purpose. Through powerful storytelling, practical application, and biblical truth, readers are equipped to climb higher, lead with confidence, and live with intention.
Beyond business, speaking, and writing, Tina has led international initiatives raising millions of dollars for women and children affected by human trafficking, including climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise awareness and funds. She remains deeply invested in her local community, mentoring leaders, supporting organizations across South Florida, and contributing to initiatives that create lasting impact. She has served in multiple leadership roles and continues to support and coach through Lifework Leadership. She was also the founding president of Strikeforce Palm Beach, a giving circle supporting ministries throughout the region.
Married to Monty, with seven children and nine grandchildren, Tina lives out her mission by blending faith, family, and business to impact lives for the Kingdom.
She welcomes opportunities to speak at events, conferences, and retreats, inspiring audiences to rise, lead, and walk fully in their purpose.
